Veterans honoured with RAF flypast on ferry to France

D-Day veterans have left the UK for France to join commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings.

About 25 former servicemen are making the ferry crossing from Portsmouth.

As the vessel headed out into the Solent, an RAF A400 aircraft flew past to honour them.
