Man charged with murder following crash in Esher

A 37-year-old man from Leatherhead died at the scene

A man has been charged with murder following a crash in Surrey.

Neil Sullingston, 52, has been charged in an investigation following a crash on the A244 Claremont Lane in Esher on Monday morning which involved a car and a moped.

A 37-year-old man from Leatherhead was declared dead at the scene.

Mr Sullingston, from Orpington, will next appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
